They charged me 39usd twice , that's 78usd in all ...without my asking..I was just going through their app and they deducted the amt. Despite my numerous emails to them, there's no decent response . I did not get anything from them, yet they keep saying for my subscription, which btw I had never subscribed for. A bad experience. Still hoping to get my money back....let's see...

Hi, Thank you for letting us know! We checked your case, and we see that our team has already refunded you in full and confirmed it in an email to you. It’s worth checking your inbox and your spam or junk folder for that message, as the refund can take a few days to show on your statement depending on your bank. Now that this is settled, we’d be grateful if you could remove your review or update it to reflect your actual experience. If anything about the refund still looks off, write to us at [email protected], and we’ll check it right away. Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Dear Britanny, Thank you for the feedback. Checking a recommendation with your doctor is a sensible step, and we’d like to look at what happened with that product. Fit scores compare a product’s ingredients with your skin profile, including any sensitivities or ingredients you’ve listed, so the more complete that profile is, the closer the match. To help with the cancellation and review your case, please write to us at [email protected], attaching a screenshot of this comment. Our team will guide you through the cancellation and the options available under our money-back policy. Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
I was charge twice today $39.99 each for Lovi - to which I did not approve. I cannot find a contact number to call and request refund and explanation

Dear Lisa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We can see that you've also emailed us, and our team has provided a detailed explanation regarding the charges on your account: the subscription had not been cancelled, so the auto-renewal went through as scheduled. Our team has offered you an immediate resolution by email. We'd be grateful if you could reply there so we can move forward with it together! Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Hi Alexis, thanks for drawing our attention! We'd like to look into this properly, and so far we haven't come across any outreach from you to our support team on this. Our management team has already reached out directly, please respond there so we can get to the bottom of what's causing the recommendations to shift around for you 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Hi, Thank you for flagging this, we hope you've had a chance to explore the app! If you encounter any issues, feel free to share a bit more detail with us at [email protected]. We hope we can get an updated feedback form from you soon! 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
Not easy to use and the products it recommended did not fit sensitive skin.

Response from Lovi· Sep 28, 2026
Hi, Sorry the recommendations missed the mark on sensitivity, that's frustrating when you're specifically trying to avoid irritation. One thing worth checking: sensitivity level can be set under your profile settings, and once it's set there, the app factors it into how it scores and suggests products going forward. If it wasn't switched on, that would explain why the picks didn't feel right for your skin. Happy to walk through this with you directly, just reach out to our team at [email protected], and we'll get it adjusted properly! Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
