Hi, It’s great to hear Lóvi is making the product search easier for you. Each pick is checked against your own skin profile, which is why it tends to land closer to what your skin needs. If you ever want a hand fine-tuning your routine, our team is at [email protected] 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
More of marketing

Response from Lovi· Oct 14, 2026
Hi, Thank you for leaving a note. If “marketing” means the app felt more like a sales pitch than skincare guidance, we’d like to understand what gave you that impression. Lóvi’s recommendations come from your face scan and skin profile, and they rest on guidance from cosmetologists and dermatologists. The aim is a routine that fits your skin, not a push toward any particular product. Could you tell us which part felt that way, for example the ads, the offers during checkout, or the product suggestions? Please write to us at [email protected], and our team will go through it with you 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Hi Mabel, Starting out with doubts is completely normal, and we appreciate you giving Lóvi a fair chance anyway. Every recommendation is built on guidance from cosmetologists and dermatologists, so you can trust there’s real reasoning behind each step. For a skin type that needs extra care, it also helps to keep your profile up to date, since that’s what shapes your fit scores and product picks. If any questions come up along the way, our team is at [email protected] 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Dear Britanny, Thank you for the feedback. Checking a recommendation with your doctor is a sensible step, and we’d like to look at what happened with that product. Fit scores compare a product’s ingredients with your skin profile, including any sensitivities or ingredients you’ve listed, so the more complete that profile is, the closer the match. To help with the cancellation and review your case, please write to us at [email protected], attaching a screenshot of this comment. Our team will guide you through the cancellation and the options available under our money-back policy. Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Hi, Thank you for giving Lóvi a try, and for being upfront about wanting to see results before committing. That’s a fair way to approach any skincare routine, since real changes in skin usually take a few weeks to show. The free version lets you explore the app with a daily allowance of product searches, while the full set of features, including the face scan and AI assistant, comes with the subscription. If you’d like to understand which option suits you best, test the trial, or have questions about our money-back policy, please write to us at [email protected] and our team will walk you through it 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Very easy to use and the fact that you can upload your own shelf to check the fit to your plan.

Hi, Thank you for this. Simple navigation matters a lot when you’re sorting through skincare, so we’re glad it feels easy from the first tap. Checking what’s already on your shelf against your plan is one of the parts our team enjoys most, as it helps you get more out of what you own before buying anything new 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
