Hi Sou! Thank you for sharing this, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when products feel difficult to get hold of. We do want to mention that for each category, we provide up to 10 product options and alternatives, so there's always a variety to choose from at different price points and availability levels. And the great news is that most of them can be found on local or international marketplaces with worldwide delivery, so there's usually a way to get what you need regardless of where you are. We'd love to help you find the best options available in your area. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to guide you personally! 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
I didn’t get much guidance on my skin routine nor good products suggestion. Also the scan of my face took so long and the diagnosis was incorrect

Bought some of the recommended products. Only after 1 day I could see the difference. Seriously amazed by this app.

Hi! Results after just one day! That's incredible to hear and honestly made our whole team smile! 💜 We'd love to know if there's anything we could do even better to make your experience a full 5 stars. Any feedback is always welcome at [email protected]. So happy to have you with us! Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
Lovi made it very easy to understand which products were compatible with my skin by providing a compatibility percentage for each recommendation. I also appreciated the video tutorials that showed me exactly how to use the products correctly. The guidance was clear, personalized, and easy to follow. Overall, it has been a very helpful experience. Although I have had to pause my subscription for personal and financial reasons, I plan to subscribe again in the near future and would happily recommend the service to others looking for personalized skincare advice.
