Missing termination ends!

I purchased a Linksoul/Goat Hill hat last year. I have worn it possibly 6 times. The sweat band that covers my forehead has shrunk. As a result of wearing the hat for 4 hours my forehead is embedded with deep indentations. The band was not preshrunk prior to assembly. Linksoul nor Goat Hill want to help remedy the problem. The hat is in near perfect condition, but now cannot wear the hat.

Order was accurate, arrived quickly in perfect condition, and I got it at a great price!
