Best customer support I have ever seen in my life. I had a faulty right ear tip on a pair of Tanchjim Noras I ordered recently, and they sent me a new ear piece immediately after I sent proof of the damage. Really appreciate how responsive they are as well.

Packaging and shipping are excellent. The headphones are good, but given the price, I wouldn't recommend them—though those who choose them will do so even without my recommendation.

I bought 2 pears of iem's and the cheaper one gave up working 2 weaks after I got it and communicating with the support was a pain. I live in Hungary and te replys was 1-3 day's. The more expensive iem that I had failed about half a year after purhase but the communication was really hard and for me frustrating.
