Great communication. Ship on time and fairly fast to Europe. Never had a bad experience with Linsoul. 5 stars and recommended....

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had a defective IEM and they gave me the run around and wouldn't let me exchange or send replacement until I "smashed the Iems with a hammer" a whole week for them to even offer a solution. After sending them video evidence they still never sent them. SCAM!!! Buy elsewhere - hifigo, penonaudio, amazon.

Did my First Order in this Shop on a IEM-Set. Took only 8 days to deliver to Germany. I'm very satisfied with the Product and Service.

Order quickly dispatched and received as quickly (via DHL). The IEM cable I ordered was well packaged and arrived safely. Excellent experience from my end.

I was not aware that the item was shipping from China and, while I enjoy my purchase, I didn't like having to wait for so long for it. So, I would likely shop elsewhere in the future.
