I spoke with LEXIE regarding missing rewards points and a missing coupon. She was very helpful, explained things thoroughly and rectified the issue. She also applied the coupon after the fact and I was given a refund. Outstanding customer service!

Jaron was absolutely great. He helped me quickly by updating my prescription in my account because I was having trouble uploading it. He was so fast in responding to my emails that it seemed like we were chatting instead. I really appreciated the great customer service.

I was contacted by DeMario when LensDirect received my glasses to put in new lenses. I appreciate the updates it keeps you from being in the dark whether they were received ot not. I also appreciate the updates I received. Received my glasses today (8/25/2026) and I was 100% satisfied. They did an excellent job on my lenses and plan on doing more business in the future with them. Everything was packed well, I received my original lenses also which I was happy about. Received a new case and a pouch which I was very impressed with. Thanks for the great service.
