Hello There! We're sorry to hear about the long wait for your glasses and the frustration caused by the lack of clear, personalized communication. We understand how disappointing it is to wait nearly three months for an order and receive only generic delay updates. This isn't the experience we want our customers to have, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to improve. Thank you for your patience and for giving Lens Direct the opportunity to serve you.

Hello Edward! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to have a pair of glasses separate from the frame after only a few weeks, especially when you had not done anything to cause the damage. We also understand your frustration with being charged a significant amount for the repair and then having to wait an extended amount of time to receive your glasses back. That is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations. Your concerns about the quality, repair process, and turnaround time are important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused.

Hello Dwight! Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m sorry you had to deal with the incorrect lenses and such a long wait for the replacement. While it’s good that the issue was eventually resolved, I completely understand your frustration, especially after paying for expedited service. Four weeks for a replacement is a long time, and I agree that mistakes like this should be handled much more quickly and with greater effort to make things right.
