I ordered 4 pairs of lenses for my frames. Each order was for 2 pair, one for reading, one polarized distance. The first order went fine, but slow, taking a full 4 weeks from mail-out to delivery. The second order had a failure of the reading lenses. They were completely wrong, and this is where the problems start. (1) I paid $30 for expedited service, which only took one week off the total time required. (2) I messaged them about the defective reading lenses; it took 4 weeks for them to process the new, replacement lenses. I've worked customer service all my working life. When there's a failure to deliver, one always goes to the max to make it right. Not these folks. No expedited service here, even when the original order included paying extra for it in the first place. Bottom line: You might get good service, you might not. They'll make it right, but they'll take another month to do it.

While it’s good that the issue was eventually resolved, I completely understand your frustration, especially after paying for expedited service. Four weeks for a replacement is a long time, and I agree that mistakes like this should be handled much more quickly and with greater effort to make things right.
Chela was very helpful, and pleasant to interact with. She answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the process. She was very thorough.

Very prompt professional service. I was provided with a 20% discount even though I did not request it and I was provided with shipping that meets my needs at a reasonable cost. Very good customer service
