I liked the suggestion to solve my problem, but quickly found that your salesman broke his promises to me. I had a problem that he ignored and a promise that he broke.

Beautiful installation; looks really good. Trouble is that installation was on Thursday, unit was dead by Sunday. Called for service on Monday, Oct. 30. Service will come out on Monday, November 6. Can't figure out why we have to wait a full week for service on a brand new product. Well, it is 11/12/23, and our stairlift is still not working. A man came over and said that our battery is dead. Someone is supposed to come and fix it. In the mean time, because of the chair position, we cannot access our coat closet! It's getting really cold outside. We have not had an update on the repair for at least two weeks. This brand-new chair was three days old when it quit.

After a year we have a shower door that doesn't leak. Took three tries, but no water on floor now. Alway responded with good customer service, but again, the work was sloppy, and they had to come back time after time to correct seat, drain and detail work. Also, would have preferred to have shower head on opposite wall as before instead of the same wall as the seat. It would have been nice to have wall liner and seat materials match just a little better. As I said before good customer response, but not up to par with other companies for the price.

The salesman said that there would be no payment for 1 year. Unfortunately he forgot to tell the finance company. He also forgot to tell the finance company the considerably lower interest rate he quoted us. RIPPED OFF

Sales experience and instalation both were good experiences. Only thing I am somewhat disappointed about is the seat only swivels in one direction. Stairs are fairly narrow and the landing is not to large. No problem at the top of the stairs but at the bottom since the seat will not swivel to the right it is a tight squeeze to get past my wife to assist her in getting off the chair. Neither the salesperson or installer mentioned this.
