Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

They give you the hard sell. Don’t accept the first figure they quote you. Their equipment is like many others that cost only $3800 installed. They installed quickly and professionally.

Debra N. was informative, professional and understood our needs. Nick, our installer was also professional, and completed the installation quickly. He made sure I was comfortable with the operation of the chairlift and answered all of my questions before he left. I'm very pleased with my Leaf Home Safety Solutions experience thus far!! Thank you!

Chris Wrenn installed my Walk In Tub and he did a great job. Sending much love to the Raleigh Office.

We found our representative to be honest and he explained the process very well.We had two slight problems which were solved within a short period of time. The first one was because our handrails had to be removed before we could correctly measure the distance that the chair would extend out onto my steps. The repairman showed up within two days and all was well. Secondly, the cord caught into the chair, but that also was solved by replacing the chair with a new one within a few days. I found their secretary as well as their repair department to be extremely gracious and willing to do whatever was necessary to keep their customers happy. I am so pleased to have purchased this as quickly as I did. Now that my knee requires a second replacement, I am already prepared to be safe and satisfied that if any problem does arise it will be quickly taken care of. Sincerely, Clara Sue Boland

The installers were hard workers with no breaks. However, none of the three spoke English, so it was difficult to communicate. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that their cleanup was not the best.

Our sales rep Denise was great. She explained the system completely and made sure that we knew what we were doing. The I stall went great. The technician was very good at his job and an excellent problem solver

This company admittedly focuses on people aged 70-95 for shower replacements or walk in tub replacements. They actually really just provide sales and marketing then assign the contract to a random person in your area. They do not provide any actual service. They are a middle man. In this case my mother who struggles with memory signed a $16,000 contract for the removal of a tile walk in shower and they replaced it with plastic one. While the work was professionally done, it was overpriced and felt like a scam for unsuspecting older folks. The person who performs the work actually gets paid 50% of the contract while the middle man also gets 50%. It's a bad deal for all involved and is set up similar to an MLM. To make matters worse when I reached out to the local project manager he spoke to me like I was trash and treated me inhumanly. It was jarring to be quite frank. Not only do I NOT recommend either Kim Cook or Russell Rawls I find them to be dishonest people who lack integrity, honor, or care to those they are suppose to serve. Do not walk but RUN from these people.

Installer arrived on the proper date at the scheduled time and installed the lift in short order. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the lift.
