I was quite impressed with the bathroom workmanship, materials, and the renovation crew. Was totally unimpressed with the sales person. Acted like she did not want to even be presenting or talk about the tub to shower install.

The area was left in a mess. We had to call them back when we noticed grout on the glass doors that we could not get off on our own. The trim around the window did not match on the corner. The handle was improperly screwed into the wall which caused rust within a month. We were told they would get back to us about all the troubles we had to endure and we never heard back from them.

every went smoothly cleaned up when finished. Beautiful shower.

Terrible experience. Would not use again.

The operation phase is a disaster,and still not complete after more than two months of promises that don't happen. We contracted for two corner caddys for an existing tub conversion to a walk in shower. The wrong type of caddy came while the initial install work was being done. We then said we would accept two corner shelves instead but that material was not in stock and had to be ordered. Two weeks ago we where notified the shelve material was in stock and operations would be right out to install. Three days ago the installer called to say he would be here today, Saturday, Dec 4, 2021 to do the work at 10:00am. It is now 12:53pm, no installer, no call as to status. This is not acceptable to be strung out in this manner. This issue will be reported to the Raleigh, NC Business Bureau early next week. We need satisfaction ASAP! Very poor way to run a business!

At the time I purchased my shower this company seemed totally disorganized. It took numerous calls after the initial visit to get the work done. My ceiling had several marks on it from the shower panels which they painted over with a white paint that was totally a different color. After waiting the 24 hours they said to wait before using it I found out the door wouldn’t close and so water was leaking. I had to wait several days before someone came to fix it. That was in March. I had to make numerous calls before they finally got the paperwork straightened out. I couldn’t make my first payment until September. I had no confidence in this company and would not recommend them.

They prey on veterans. I was lied to when I purchased a stair lift. The salesman told me that all I had to do was tell the VA that I had this stair lift installed and show them proof of purchase and they would reimburse me up to $6,800. Well that was a lie. VA does not reimburse anyone. You are supposed to go to the VA with the request and they will send out contractors to review the case and then install it at NO cost to the veteran. This guy lied to me and what is worse he charged me nearly 3 times what the stair lift would cost from the VA. By the way if you write bad reviews about this company they somehow find a way to have them removed. I'm sure this review will get lost too. For instance look at them on Facebook. I've written a couple of reviews there and now they are gone.

We love our new low wall shower stall. Everything works well except a little disappointed with the shower head. It works well but we have to raise or take down to use. What we thought we were getting was a fixed one and a hand held separate so nothing to fiddle with all the time. The installation process took too long but the installation was quick! 1 day all done. Except the rod and curtain took two more days to arrive. All in all we are satisfied and would recommend this product. Just be sure you understand what you are to get it and when you will get it. Salesperson seemed new, not as certain about things as he might have been. Perhaps more training needed.
