Josh and his assistants helped my mom and me after my dad passed away. Everyone was so kind to us. Josh updated us regularly and made sure to expedite the cremation process. He gave us great advice on how to take care of my dad's affairs. Josh and Alyssa were so kind and welcoming when we came to see my dad and went above and beyond to comfort us. This is my first experience with losing a family member; as an only child my dad and I were incredibly close, which made his loss even more devastating. Josh and his colleagues made this incredibly difficult time much easier. My mom and I are forever grateful.

Firstly, there is nothing that can make the experience of losing a loved one easier but there is a way to make sure the whole process be done in an efficient and dignified way and that's just what Kramer did for us. Their constant reassurance and helpful updates made me feel like I had done the right thing putting my father in their hands. Though I missed him dearly I was never made to feel worried and truly that's all we could ask for in such a difficult time.

The death of my daughter was unimaginable. The Kramer Cremation team helped me through the process of having my daughter remains cremated and then sent back home to me. The death certificate arrived after my review within days. I truly appreciate them making it as painless as possible to get what I needed done.
