I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joe and his company, Casket Emporium. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Joe was always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. That level of personal attention and genuine care made such a difference. The casket was beautiful, the delivery was right on time. Everything was handled professionally, giving us one less thing to worry about during this difficult time. I highly recommend Casket Emporium to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality casket, fair pricing, dependable delivery, and truly outstanding customer service. Joe genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure everything is handled with care.

Excellent company, fast, professional, attentive. I called the company thinking I would get a VM and Joe, the owner, actually answered the phone and talked to me (twice on two separate occasions and he answered ! Wow!) Made sure I knew exactly what was happening and when the casket would be delivered. The driver arrived actually early and we unloaded perfect operation. The casket is beautiful and economic- thank you Joe!

Casketemporium (owner Joe) is definitely the best company to deal with in this difficult time. The service is excellent! Joe treats his clients like close relatives.

I had a great experience with Casket Emporium/the owner. The casket that I had my heart set on would not have arrived on time-he was very honest about whether he thought it would arrive on time instead of trying to sell me something during a very vulnerable time in my life which, to me, says a lot about him (mind you their shipping time frame is very reasonable- I believe I needed it in like 36 hours from out of state if I recall so I didnt give him much time to be honest). I was starting to feel disappointed/overwhelmed by the general process when a loved one passes and he began asking me the things that I liked about that one that would not arrive and he came up with an option that combined the things that I loved about that one with one that would arrive on time. We ended up doing embroidery, that I didnt even realize was an option, that I absolutely loved and felt very personal to our loved one. Most importantly, everything arrived on time and as described. The casket and embroidery were exactly what we ordered and came out beautiful. Thank you for listening and coming up with something that I felt very happy and comfortable with in a short time frame

Casketemporium handled a sensitive purchase with professionalism and care. The selection was thoughtful, and the process felt respectful and straightforward. It's a service you can trust during difficult times.

Joe went above and beyond and making purchasing a casket for my mother as pain-free as it could’ve been. I had wanted a design and lettering on the top. When I first saw the first draft, it wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned. Joe listened to what changes I would like. And said he had it. Because of time, I had to trust him. I was blown away, it was perfect. I would not hesitate in using or recommending Casket Emporium in the future.

I have handled funeral arrangements for several people in my life and learned new things each time. I just made arrangements for my cousin that lives a couple hours away. For the first time I ordered the casket online instead of going with what was offered at the funeral home. It saved the family well over 50% of the funeral home price. The casket was solid cherry and it was beautiful. Delivered when they told me it would be and at no extra charge. Several of the FH attendants told me they thought it was gorgeous, one said the same casket there would have cost us $7000.00. So glad I ordered from Casketemporium! The only reason I gave it 4 instead of a 5 was because I worried it would not arrive in time. I am a worrier!

My husband's casket was so beautiful .All of the guests who were also prior military, was impressed, and would love to have their casket professional made like my husband's was. Thank you 😊
