Great experience and customer service

Still waiting for pick up

The employees were courteous and respectful. Occasionally it was difficult to get through the phone process. Overall it was a good experience. I’ve used it twice,for my husband and my son My nephew’s family also recently used their service. Dates April 2021 July 2025 and November 2025

It was somewhat confusing at first because we were contacted by Legacy Cremation and Family First Funeral at the same time we were communicating with Kramer. Dealing with Kramer Cremations was very straightforward and they made it very easy to make arrangements.

Make sure you have your loved ones Social Secuity numbers for the death certificate. You only have a few days for the death certificate to be filed and if you don't know the # they have to file without it. Then you have to pay nearly $300. to have it added if you need added for legal purposes. Huge bummer. Something you need talk about with your family to avoid this later. It wasn't Kramers fault, just a very unfortunate situation for us.
