I will forever regret going with this service. It was what we could afford and it was cold, no empathy and heart breaking.

I was disappointed by the…
I was disappointed by the professionalism of those who came to pick up the body, and I believe your website is deceptive about costs. Stating a price that is only half the actual final price is misleading. I understand that there are some extra costs based on my choices for an urn, but 200 dollars for “extra staff” to pick up the body is absurd. As is paying for what is essentially a cardboard box.

Radio Silence
I have not heard from them in over a week! They communicate by text. I have texted them twice with no response. They seemed good at the start, but a ball has been dropped.
