The online service needs some work. Hard to get all information. For example I needed ashes and death certificate sent to me. The is no clear information how you pay for that or set that up. I got multiple emails that I had questions about, but no one to talk to for explanation. The overall service is good, but working via internet and funky text messages was not helpful when your stressed.

We had a wonderful experience with Kramer cremation. Within 15 minutes on the phone everything was taken care of. They took care of everything so we were able to mourn our son without having to worry about all the details that go into these things. Thank you so much Josh. I don’t know what we would have done without you.

Very personable

Working with Kramer's at my mom's passing far exceeded our expectations. They were always prompt, professional, patient and very compassionate. I really appreciated how prompt they were in answering any texts, emails, questions or paperwork which reduced stress at such an emotional time. They were professional yet very caring and respectful of my mom and our wishes for her. They were especially patient and helpful in discussing options and plans, coordinating with the cemetery and monument company, and by going above and beyond to accommodate when some of our choices were not immediately available. They listened carefully to our plans and wishes and honored them. Afterwards, they were so prompt and helpful in finalizing paperwork. Kramer's attention to even small details we hadn't even anticipated at the cemetery provided a beautiful memorial experience for our family and friends. The price was good. Josh was great and upfront with everything and very helpful. We had an issue with the transport vehicle breaking down but it was resolved and we were back on schedule after an hour.
