This is the third time that our family has used the services at Kramer Funeral Home/Cremation, and each time the care and compassion has been exceptional. They also ensured that we were kept updated every step of the way. Lastly, even though Kramer's crematory location is in a warehouse complex, their facilities are very well furnished and clean.

I have not heard from them in over a week! They communicate by text. I have texted them twice with no response. They seemed good at the start, but a ball has been dropped.

Getting the personalized attention from Kayla is what made this experience great. At a time like this continuity and connection are perhaps the most important thing. There are things that can be improved upon, of course, but with that said it is important to understand the experience was exceptional. Of course the process is not complete as I do this survey so it seems a little premature. Up to this point I will reiterate that we could not have chosen a better company to get us through this exceptionally difficult time.
