I like Kramer because they are honest and upfront about their prices and many options and price points to those grieving a member of their family or friend.

I needed to set up final affair at the last minute on a Saturday. I was able to take care of everything online very simply. A few hours later when my love one passed the Kramer family was quick and very kind with the transfer. The staff and director made everything so easy and were all so wonderful

Each person I talked to was so helpful and respectful of my grief. Forms were pretty easy to fill out also.

I enjoyed not being able to speak to a bunch of people and arrange for my husbands home going completely online. Everything was formatted in a way I could easily understand .

Unfortunately, they seem to be efficient and try to keep cost down. But when you have an issue and you’re trying to confirm a specific arrangement, they failed to call you back or confirm. Very dissatisfied with how they’ve handled this delicate situation.
