My order took a while to ship and arrive. But I did place the order on Black Friday, so that could be a reason for the delay. I’ve been using the shampoos and sprays on my client dogs since I received the order. Several different breeds, coat types, and conditions of coat. And I have not been terribly impressed with how clean my client dogs have come out, especially having to use more product to get them clean as well. However, I do really like the volumizing shampoo. But the product smells very good in the bottle, and then doesn’t leave much of a smell once the dog is bathed and dried. All-in-all, I am not terribly pleased with the shampoos compared to others I have tried.

Mairin, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're sorry to hear you haven't been fully satisfied with the results so far. To achieve the best outcomes with our skin and coat care products, we recommend following our three-step system: starting with a cleaning shampoo, then applying a function-specific shampoo, and finishing with a fixation conditioner or mask. This system ensures the coat is thoroughly cleaned, treated, and properly nourished, leaving it in optimal condition. Additionally, all our shampoos and conditioners/masks are designed to be diluted at a 1:10 ratio, which ensures optimal performance and efficiency. Regarding the delay in shipping, you're correct that Black Friday volume have contributed, and we appreciate your patience during that busy time. If you have any questions or would like guidance on the best product combinations for your needs, our team is always here to help! Warmly, Superiorcare.pet team
