I don't like the time for the delivery, and the damage to the package.

I had asked why my bichon uses all superior care kibble and dental treats...no explanation about tear staining of the eyes.

Have always been satisfied with orders, but this last order was late and did not even include my 3 bags of treats that I had requested and ordered previously. I had to order a 3 lb bag unsure when your order would arrive. My account indicated there was some issue with payment. You have my phone on file and I even sent you an email twice. I've not had any issues with any of my auto accounts. No contact was made and I was even charged shipping when I wasn't charged shipping last time I ordered a 22lb bag w/ 3 bags of treats.

out of stock on recurring order - no prior notifcation - over charge need to be corrected - al fixed now - but after years with your company am a bit surprised still a fan - just dissapointed will say - once we engaged - response was timely and problem was fixed - so - stuff happens sometimes -- ag

Like the product a lot. But Concerned about the availability of the product I have on auto-ship- often not available at the time of shipping. For that I give it 3 stars, because it doesn’t matter how good the product is if you can’t get it when you need it.
