KIKA order placed on 10/8 by phone…
KIKA order placed on 10/8 by phone through Kathryn. Today’s date is 10/19 and no package. Uni Uni is not a reputable delivery service. They have terrible reviews. I will also send a bad review. They have sent false delivery days and false I need messages. I will no longer use KIKA as long as Uni Uni delivers. I made 2 orders on 10/8 for Superior Care and Tauro products. The Chewy’com order was delivered on 10/12. I have left 3 messages with a contact number of 214-213-4828 with Kika and no call or message received. I need information and help with this problem ASAP or I will give KIKA a bad review for not handling this promptly. The shampoo was to be taken to groomer Tuesday, 10/20. 214-213-4828.

Thank you for reaching out and taking the time to share your experience with us. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the significant delay in delivering your order, the lack of communication, and the frustration this situation has caused. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since you were counting on receiving the shampoo in time for your grooming appointment on October 20. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting delivery updates and not hear back after multiple attempts to contact us. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We take your concerns regarding UniUni seriously and will share your experience with our responsible team. To resolve this situation, we have already arranged a replacement shipment with new products, which will be delivered using a different shipping carrier, not UniUni. We are doing our best to ensure that your replacement order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We understand that this experience has affected your trust in KIKA, and we are genuinely sorry. Your satisfaction means a great deal to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. Thank you once again for your patience, understanding, and honest feedback. We truly appreciate you as our customer. 💚
