This is the second time I've ordered food for my toy dogs , but gave been sent large kibble

My order took a whole week for them to creat a label then another day or so to be shipped out and when I finally received my items one of the bottles was broken so yea not very happy

I have been on the subscription plan for a while. I received an email stating that you were low on the Superior Care Salmon. There was no more correspondence from Superior Care. So I ordered the food myself. Then I received emails on the shipment and the tracking. Now my dog is almost out of food and UPS email me and said the item was delivered. It was not delivered to my house. I tried compete a claim with UPS but I needed information from Superior such as address, phone #, contact person. I called KIKA this morning and left a message. Noone has called as of yet and I'm out the payment for this food and now I have to find some other food for my dog.

Will not take returns if opened . How do you know if it works if you don’t try it? Obviously do not stand behind your product otherwise you would give a refund as the product doesn’t work

We understand your concern, however, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is a standard policy applied to ensure product integrity for all customers.
My 5 month old white Chihuahua puppy will not eat your white fish kibble for white junior dogs. What can I add or do to encourage my pup to try your kibble? I was so looking forward to using your product to help keep My puppy white. Thank you.

Katherine, Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear your puppy isn’t taking to the White Fish Junior kibble right away. You could try adding one of our wet food toppers or a little bit of warm water to enhance the aroma and make it more appealing. If that doesn’t help, you might consider trying a different protein source, such as our Salmon formula, which some dogs find more enticing. We hope this helps your little one enjoy mealtime! JoAnne, Thank you for sharing your feedback! When introducing a new food to your dogs, it’s important to transition slowly to help them adjust to the new taste and texture. Start by mixing 10% of the new food with 90% of their current food on the first day, gradually increasing the amount of new food over 7–10 days.
