I am pleased with customer services for my little Puppy.

First, I received a sample from the hair growing Line — it was nice, soft, and the coat wasn’t dry. I contacted customer service and asked for a recommendation for a poodle. They suggested the volume shampoo and conditioner, saying I would be happy with it. Unfortunately, it was horrible. The coat became extremely dry and started breaking due to a lack of moisture. I then switched to Chris Christensen, and it was good. Later, I decided to try Tauro again — same result: very dry coat. I hate it and regret buying the large bottles. Please be cautious.

I have tried to contact someone for over a week with no response. I am very unhappy with the dryer I purchased.
