Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

Better than expected! I am very impressed and look forward to working with you again soon. Excellent service, speed and professional team that went above and beyond even when I could not close in state- you found a partner to meet me during my travels. Thank you!

Servicing Lender Shellpoint transferred our business real estate mortgage to Select Portfolio a few months ago. Select is mistakenly reporting this debt as a personal mortgage on my personal credit file. I've made numerous calls to Select to remove. Their reps see the error but have refused to do anything. Therefore the situation is in process of being escalated to my legal counsel. Not happy at all with this hassle.

The entire Kiavi team did a great job keeping everything flowing and updating me on the progress of my loan.

Really enjoyed working with Kiavi on my latest project. Very good communication through the whole process. The draw process was a little clunky, but ultimately was able to be navigated. Not the cheapest option, but we got the job done, and thats really all that matters.

The process was smooth and fast. I had an opportunity I was able to capitalize on and get the money needed in a month and a half. Timing is key when you harvest a good deal. Kiavi helped me execute by refinancing an existing property.

Kiavi had a decent rate, at a good price. Their process of getting quotes and loan documents in order is pretty streamlined. This was my first time to close with Kiavi, so there were some growing pains, but I would do it again. My case manager Nathan Parente was excellent.
