With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

I was privileged to work with Maria B. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is very knowledgeable, amazing customer service skills, a lot of patience! It was a great experience working with Kiavi's team. But especially with Maria.

Nathan was a great partner through the funding process. Timely with communication and accurate with information and deadlines. As an investor, it cannot get much better!

My experience with Kiavi has been great. They worked on our application very quickly and we got the approval within less than 10 days. Tyler, who was our main point of contact was communicating with us every step of the way and everyone we worked closely with at Kiavi was easily reachable and responsive when we contacted them. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience and we will for sure use their services again.

We had a really good experience with Kiavi for our Fix and Flip. Getting our company set up was pretty easy. But getting our first loan closed was a bit difficult. The approval process took longer than expected and funds were dispersed later than we had hoped. We're still going to use Kiavi for future Fix and Flips.

Pretty good experience with Kiavi. Super easy to get the loan, and I was super impressed. Pretty easy to work with after that. If the project goes long or your house takes longe to sell though, watch out! They charged me 2% extension fee for a 3 month extension.

Process was stressful and your fees are ridiculous! I had to be my own processor to get it done while the processor did nothing and I was disappointed. Would never come back to this company.

Quick response and approval. Able to close on the time line I need it to.
