With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

The Kiavi team works around the clock. They responded quickly all matters. They tried to collect all documents in time manner so underwriters could review and closed the deal on time. Love to work with Kiavi. Strongly recommend to everyone.

Kiavi came through to help us out with a refi that has taken us longer than we expected. They were opposed at first but worked with us to find a solution that made sense for both parties. Kiavi is not perfect but they have taken care of me and made it right when less than ideal situations arose. Thanks, Kiavi!

Tyler and the team are absolute rockstars. Had some hiccups but they adapted and found solutions to anything and everything to get the deal done. What was most impressive was the communication every step of the way and being so knowledgeable. Making every client feel like a priority is crucial to me and they went above and beyond. I see myself having alot more deals with Tyler and kiavi in my future

I currently have a loan with Kiavi and my loan matures today. My property is under contract & scheduled to close on the 15. When I requested a payoff letter, it included nearly $1700 in default interest. I asked if they could possibly waive such a large amount and I was told they could if I could close by the 10th. Well, this month the 10th falls on a Sunday and asked if I could have the 11th, since I cannot control the calendar. NO we cannot give you one day beyond our normal grace period and upper management is coming down hard on default interest. ONE DAY!... Apparently, Kiavi doesn't understand that there is a lot of lenders in this lane, and I have dealt with many in the past who value their clients and will bend over backwards for the repeat business. If they are unwilling to help their customers where they can, I know of many that will. I won't be back at Kiavi and the people that I know in the rehab business won't be either.
