KiaviReviews of kiavi.com

Maria Barnes, Neftaly Aceves and the entire team at Kiavi are absolute professionals. After dealing with 2 other lenders over the summer who wasted our time and money over promising without ever delivering, we went back to KIAVI to close out a hard money loan we originally got through Kiavi (I wish we knew that was a thing from the beginning). I contacted Maria Barnes at Kiavi and they got the thing done quickly despite Hurricanes Helene, and then Milton causing delays throughout the state of Florida. They will be our go to on the next R.E. investment for sure. Very responsive, courteous, no B.S. professionals who have earned my trust and admiration. They do what they say they will do, and that matters a whole lot to this investor.

Great explanation of the loan process without any surprises . I am very grateful and pleased

Slow process, should have closed sooner. Stewart Title was a bad choice, slow, lack of communication. Next time will use a local title company. Kiavi still got the deal done, just wish it was as fast as they promoted they could and with less redundancy in requested items.

Andrew was very helpful in assisting me through the entire process

closed on time at terms we discussed.

We had a wonderful experience with Kiavi. Our representative Tyler Rodman was awesome, always there to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Kiavi.

We have used Kiavi before when they were lending home. It has always been a smooth transaction. Quick and simple transaction process with excellent service from the staff.

Zach has been with us for quite some time, he’s helped us close over a dozen loans & have almost a dozen more in queue. His management on the files is transparent & professional. He figures out ways to help you as an investor! Gives many strategies and tips. My brother and I are grateful to have someone managing our files that cares just as much as we do to close the deals! 5 stars. 5 stars. 5 stars.
