Exceptional UI and Team Members at Kiavi
I've worked with several brokers, loan officers, and lenders over the last 1.5 years, and Kiavi has easily been the best experience thus far. The loan application process was a breeze; I didn't have to call back and forth for what to upload. It was all clearly spelled out in the UI and I could add it myself. When I did call in for updates, Tina and Nathan were both very responsive and able to help me along the way, especially with what became a difficult loan. Working with team members who invest themselves makes it feel like a partnership and that the team at Kiavi really wants to see you succeed. I'll be returning for my next loan
