KiaviReviews of kiavi.com

Working with Kiavi has been an amazing experience, but specifically working with Austin Lornson. He has been transperent, professional, and outstanding since day one. From the first time I spoke to him and the way he explained the process with Kiavi, I knew I was going to do business with him. Nowadays, is very hard to find people who are committed with their professions or jobs. You call Austin any time if you have questions and if he doesn’t answer, within minutes you get a call back. I’ve worked with lenders who are not responsive at all, and they just answer the first time to get your information and the a few days before the closing. Austin answers any time you need him. GREAT EXPERIENCE, RECOMMEND KIAVI TO EVERYONE!!!

It was a pleasant experience. The team was very responsive and efficient. I will definitely use Kiavi in my next deal.

I wrote a previous review for Kiavi that was also five stars, but I wanted to go back and mention Mrs. Valeria Merlos because her service was so impeccable. She always answered when I called with a question. If she couldn’t answer, she would get right back with me with a solution. If I had to leave a voicemail, I could be sure that she would call me back in a few minutes. This lady is a big part of what makes this company great.

My Customer Experience Manager for the loan, Tyler Rodman was excellent. He was extremely responsive and helpful and I can’t say enough good things about the service. He made the process seamless and moved things through quickly in order to meet our close dates. We applied for two loans that closed within a week of each other and I was really impressed with how Tyler and Kiavi made the process so easy!

Every person I made contact with was very professional and helpful. The entire team made this deal happen in the timeframe that was given to me from day one. I have No regrets or any negative feedback I can truly share with you and anyone else. My first experience will not be my last one Kiavi.

I had a great experience. Despite issues that happened on my end of the deal. The lender continued to work with me. Thank you!

Great experience! Quick appraisals

Jennifer was great collecting and gathering the docs and information needed to get us at the closing table fast.
