With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

Thank you for your thoughtful review of Kiavi! We appreciate the time you took to share your perspective. It’s amazing to hear how much you value our service, and your feedback helps us continue to improve for customers like you.
While I am no stranger to investing in real estate, I had never used a hard money lender before. In fact, I was a bit intimidated by the whole idea! A trusted friend told me about Kiavi and how easy they made it to fund real estate deals. Kiavi’s live weekly “About Us” Zoom meetings were especially helpful because they gave me the opportunity to ask questions and address concerns before taking the plunge. That’s where I was first introduced to Nathan Parente. From the very beginning, Nate made the process incredibly easy. It was free to open an account and test the waters, which gave me the opportunity to learn without feeling pressured. I was genuinely impressed by the personal attention Nate gave to our small project. He made me feel as though I were his only client. Nate provided a complete hand-holding style experience throughout the process, patiently answering questions, explaining each step, and giving me the confidence to move forward. Because of his guidance, I now feel much more comfortable making offers on properties knowing that I have a reliable financing resource behind me and that a successful outcome is within reach. If you are a real estate investor who has been hesitant to explore hard money lending, I highly recommend reaching out to Nathan Parente. His knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to helping his clients made all the difference for me. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As an appraiser, I will never work for them again. Both times were revision after revision on nit picking stuff - a Dollar General a mile down th eroad, etc. Both appraisals took over a month. Never agin!

Hi Scotty. We are sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. At Kiavi, we are committed to empowering investors with the best tools and capital possible, and we take all negative feedback as a serious opportunity for growth. Insanely smooth experience and super easy to work with. Best hard money lender experience out of many that I have worked with in the past! I have closed deals with them in as quick as 1 week with same day draws - unheard of in this industry! But not only are they quick but they are also very thorough in their legal due diligence which is very important balance. 100% financing also can’t be beat with their low rates. 10/10 experience and if ur not using them, ur missing out!

Maria is the absolute best! 2 times in a row we had to put deals together for super fast closings! She made it happen so that both deals closed right on time! Amazing experience and I highly recommend!

Alex Caddo was over my Bridge and Flip loan and was absolutely wonderful to work with! The team behind her was equally communicative and pleasant to work with. I will absolutely be working with them again on all future Bridge and Flip projects. Also, Alex was by the phone and always ready to help as we negotiated and weighed other properties before going with this one. I would recommend Kiavi full heartedly to anyone looking for Hard Money Loans (A+)

This app caught my eye. I was so excited and thinking that I had a chance at funding. I was very disappointed to know that I was not approved. I think items a wonderful app still just wish I knew more why I wasn't approved. Thanks for all the people you all help!!!
