At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. I had great communication during my Loan process. I changed the loan amount also and it was updated immediately. I also had a very short timeframe to close, and Clay Johnson made that happen too.! A very easy to follow process, and I will be using them again for my future investment purchases.

The process was great until we got to the end of the process. There was a break down in communication and was not getting my calls returned. I was informed that it was the end of month and there was a lot of contracts that were in underwriting. But I only one contract?????? My agent was great!

Kiavi is by far the most convenient and have the best interest rates out there for bridge loans. I enjoy working with Kiavi and especially Roberto and Tyler. They are incredible at what they do and never too busy to respond to inquiries.
