Tyler & Andrew were very responsive. There was a unexpected hiccup that delayed the closing. They were able to resolve the matter and closing was updated and back on track. Professional and knowledgeable.

If I could give 6 stars on here I would. Nilabjo, Kelly and Nicole from Kiavi were extremely helpful and super responsive to any questions or problems that I had. This is my first investment property ever and I am so eternally grateful for this team and can’t wait to work with them more in the future. If you need a fix and flip loan or any kind for that matter, especially if this is your first property, use Kiavi and you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for being so great and I am so happy I decided to make that phone call and work with you guys!!!
