Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

I’ve used Nilabjo multiple times. He’s absolutely the best. Truly kind human being. Goes above and beyond. Had a file that I was working on for 6 months due to seller. Nonetheless, Nilabjo was patient with me and worked with me all the way through. We just closed on that. It was supposed to be a 2 week close but we closed in one week. Nilabjo is the best!

Working with Kiavi and Nilabjo Chakraborty was an excellent experience from start to finish. Nilabjo provided outstanding support and guidance throughout the entire process of securing financing for our investment property. The communication was clear, the process was efficient, and everything moved much smoother than we expected. Compared to some of the hard money lenders we’ve encountered through Kentucky Real Estate Investors Association (KREIA), Kiavi truly stands out. Their professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness made a huge difference. If you’re a real estate investor looking for a reliable lending partner, I highly recommend Kiavi and especially Nilabjo Chakraborty. They made the process easy and helped us move forward with confidence on our investment.

Kiavi has become one of our favorite options for real estate financing. Their offerings are good and their requirements are fair. They use updated technology to make the process smooth and efficient. They have improved the draw process for rehabs, but it can be better. Overall, I would recommend Kiavi.

I had a great experience working with Zak Marra, Account Manager at Kiavi, throughout my bridge loan process. Zak was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive from start to finish. He kept me updated at every single step, which gave me a lot of confidence and clarity during the transaction. What really stood out was that he personally called me to make sure I had all the right documents in place so we could fast-track the process. That level of attention and dedication made a big difference and helped everything move smoothly and efficiently. On top of that, Zak took the time to educate me about other loan products Kiavi offers, helping me understand how I can scale my business and structure future deals better. It wasn’t just about closing one loan — it felt like he genuinely cared about my long-term growth. Overall, it was a great experience with Kiavi, and I truly appreciate Zak’s hard work and commitment. Thank you, Zak Marra!

A lot of information was given late into this process. Not a good experience!
