I do not find it easy to contact the…
I do not find it easy to contact the right help desk and then I have difficulties as I am not a "geek" but very much an elderly amateur. However, my problems have been resolved in the end.

I am really satisfied with both…
I am really satisfied with both software WS_FTP itself and support. Besides, an additional small management GUI would be much easier to use than the web interface.

Been a customer for decades
Been a customer for decades! Rarely have needed support, but when I have, folks at Ipswitch have been terrific. Very professional organization.

The MoveIT Automation and MoveIT DMZ…
The MoveIT Automation and MoveIT DMZ products solve so many problems in my enterprise that I've become somewhat of a hero at my company. There seems to be at least one or two people comming to me each week saying "I heard you have a solution to my problem." And I usually do. It's MoveIT.
