Awesomely easy to install and use. Put simply, it just works without a bunch of setup and configuration. Drag and drop at its finest!

Thank you for being a customer and for your review, Dwayne!
As I understand it, if I reset my computer operating system I no longer have Ipswitch WS_FTP Pro 12. What a sham. $49.95 for a one-time install. I will never buy this product again. And I will never advise anyone else to buy it. $49.95 for 1 activation. What a rip off. Keith Rose

Had previously paid for license but lost details when i brought new pc Emailed ispwitch several times asking for my old license details so i didn't have to buy the software again but no reply Messaged them on the website chat several times and was told they'd look into it but still got no reply At once stage i was even told that I should just buy the software again Been a customer for about 15 years but that didn't seem to make any difference So had to purchase again. Hopefully this review might prompt them to refund me UPDATE - just had a reply from ipswitch saying sorry for my frustration. No offer of a solution to this issue. Just asked me to reach out if i require further support I have reached out several times already. This issue is still unresolved dread to think what will happen if i have further issues

I use the command line options for automation calls from applications I create. Very reliable and good log files for tracking history.

Straight forward instructions for a non-technical person to follow. Once I got all my protocols for 3 different web sites figured out, the progam has worked perfectly for me.
