Their pricing seems to be totally arbitrary, and their communication is slow. I like the wayfinding, but everything else has been hard to deal with. We are on our 4th project and will be utlilizing a different vendor.

I have been in business for 20 years and this was one of my worst experiences, choosing IDENTITY,I have filed complain to Marriott too. Baye and Kerri was very good while taking our business, but while it came to perform we had missing sign,we called for missing sign but they treated us as new customer took over 60 days to get the sign, normally working with HOTEL SIGNS we had much better experience, we were trying to support IDENTITY as local vendor, but this was my biggest mistake ever.
