We paid in advance the 100% of the signage (11K) and after chasing them for updates for six month they advise they never produce the sign. Now they refunded the money without even an apology. Very Unprofessional .

this is the first and last time I've ever TRIED to use them, it's a joke I keep getting emails telling me that they've forwarded me to someone else who can help me but no one ever has! apparently no one works in sales! if I didn't need the signs I wouldn't have been trying to buy some!

Art dept.did not follow the artwork we sent. Thus multiple proofs which delayed the order.Plus handling charges were much too high. Christine

Their pricing seems to be totally arbitrary, and their communication is slow. I like the wayfinding, but everything else has been hard to deal with. We are on our 4th project and will be utlilizing a different vendor.

I have been in business for 20 years and this was one of my worst experiences, choosing IDENTITY,I have filed complain to Marriott too. Baye and Kerri was very good while taking our business, but while it came to perform we had missing sign,we called for missing sign but they treated us as new customer took over 60 days to get the sign, normally working with HOTEL SIGNS we had much better experience, we were trying to support IDENTITY as local vendor, but this was my biggest mistake ever.
