Every problem I've had in the past, including this one has been solved by the most helpful and patient support team ever!

We have been using ICDSoft servers since 2003. A full 21 years as of 2024. Over the years we added servers and now we have multiple servers with them, both for hosting and VPS. We never had a single downtime incident, which, over 21 years is pretty remarkable. I will say that the service has always been great. Some years we have zero requests and some others it seems we do more changes and we need extra help. The support team never failed us, not once. This week we had to migrate from a hosting server to a VPS, to get something more robust. They took care of everything, we simply received the invoice once everything was done. Talk about VIP service. Hoping they will remain active for another 20 years because we are not planning to go anywhere. Thanks Team! - M

I'm an agency owner and have hosted probably around 100 sites with ICDSoft since 2007. Their ticketing system is the best support I've experienced, not just for hosting, but anywhere. Tickets are answered usually in less than 10 minutes. No smiley emojis or feel good fluff, they just answer your question directly and solve your problem. They are the standard I refer to within my own agency on how we should support our clients. Thanks team for all the help over the years.

I have been using ICDSOFT since 2005 for my own websites as well as dozens of my clients' websites. All I can say is for the price, you can't beat the features and uptime. The cherry on the cake is the superb customer support that is included with the hosting plans.
