I have been with ICDSoft for 22 years (since 2002). What I can say - their service is AMAZING. The customer support has never let me down. They are always very responsive, and providing custom answers tailored to your unique issue. They would never copy paste FAQ or Help pages and force you to be frustrated, like many other companies in the industry. I totally recommend ICDSoft. Servers are stable, and customer support beyond excellency!

These guys are running some of the best shared services I have ever used. I have 33 years experience in ICT, been using them for my main email and generic hosting since 2007. IDC have been straight forward to deal with, their help has been timely and effective when needed and the services are working as advertised. Their prices are competitive (but not cheap) and in the month I have been with them I have no complaints. Their control panel system is slightly more complex than cPanel, as it is designed to handle sites at a deeper level than cPanel (e.g. monitoring wordpress) but once you get to the VPS / site you want to manage it is a cuto down cPanel or cPanel like experience.

I have been using ICDSoft for about 20 years hosting many different websites. The responses from the tech support team has always been helpful, well informed, and extremely quick. For example, today I opened a ticket and asked to have a huge batch of emails (~80,000) moved from one account to another. Seven minutes from the time I made the request it was done.
