I started using ICD Soft in 2003 and currently run 4 websites with them, each on their own hosting platform. In all of my years not only have I not had 1 single issue/problem with them, but they continually go above and beyond to help me. I am a musician and not a programmer/web designer, yet they always help me navigate any issue I have on my end with their platform. 24 years of absolutely the best service I could ask for. Its todays world that is unheard of.

Best technical support and customer services Don't miss that hosting!

I had an excellent experience with ICDSoft's technical support. I needed a secure way to manage a PostgreSQL database running on my hosting account. Their team responded remarkably quickly, even late at night, and took the time to check my specific server configuration. Instead of giving me generic instructions, they recommended a practical solution using Adminer and a Unix socket, without requiring changes to my working database configuration. I followed their instructions, and everything worked perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful support. Highly recommended!

ICDSoft's support team is so knowledgeable. I've used other hosts, where I was responsible for everything. ICDSoft is always updating their security, and when I have questions, they're well-informed. They can make recommendations to increase security as well.

I have been using ICDSoft for website and email hosting since 2006, and I cannot praise them highly enough. Their service is reliable and their control panel is easy to use. The best thing about them is their customer support. They have always responded to my requests for help very promptly. Quite often my questions relate to problems I have caused myself, yet they are always willing to work through the issues with me and get things working again. On 20 October 2026, two critical PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) were made public. By the time I read about them on 21 October, ICDSoft had already deployed the official PHP security updates for PHP 8.2 and newer on all their servers, as well as security patches for older PHP versions, including legacy releases. Their dedication to providing a good, secure service to their customers is very reassuring.

Icdsoft and their support site are outstanding in their service and support. We have been using them as our servers for the past 19 years and have never had anything but brilliant support. Often well beyond what eould normally required.
