Your customer service continues to astound me. I would rate them 100 stars out of 10 if I could. Today, I had inadvertently created a loop in a data tree, resulting in havoc in the web site I manage, and issues remained after I corrected the data base. No sooner had I posted my ticket when ICD cleared the relevant caches for me (literally within one minute!) and everything was back to normal.
