I own a computer repair facility. Fixing computers does NOT mean we know everything about programming and the inner workings of domain providers. As such, my email box was full and I couldn't figure out how to empty some of them (it is not as easy as deleting a few) when my emails go back years and years. I contacted sure support, explained the temporary solution I had and they fixed it within minutes of me contacting them. Sure Support and ICD soft are the best!

Our website was hacked. I don't have advance experience with WordPress except building pages so trying to get the website up and running was overwhelming. So today around 2:10PM I contacted ICDSoft over the live chat and was assisted by Operator 59. They were extremely helpful and patient beyond measure. I was absolutely clueless of where to even begin with this. It took some time but we got everything squared away and the website back up and running. Thank you!!

I have been a customer of ICDSoft for decades (am I that old...?) I have had nothing but great experiences. The infrequent occasions that I have an issue or need some support, my questions are answered in minutes - often times in seconds. They really have great customer service and a great product.

I’ve dealt with these folks for over 8 years. Not once have they tried to rope me into unnecessary programs or silly add ons. I recently had an issue on my end and they went above and beyond to help me rectify it. I especially loved the fast replies, that’s a rarity today. On top of that their program runs flawlessly. Top notch outfit and people!!!
