I purchased the mini massager to break down scar tissue in my hand on the recommendation of my physical therapist. My only concern is that if I apply pressure to my palm it often stops running. That has never been a problem when I use the one my therapist has. I have considered asking for an exchange. Is this possible? Would you send me a postage paid return label?

The item I purchased was unwearable for me - too wide for my face/head, which is quite small. In spite of that, the band was too tight. It was not a returnable item.

Second time ordering, 2nd excellent experience.
