Hale Pet DoorReviews of halepetdoor.com

I bought a second wall style dog door when I recently moved. My handyman just installed it yesterday. It looks great and matches the decor! I love this company and will buy future doors from them. My cat hasn't Noticed it yet. But she'll love it too.

I have five dogs, and keep others for board when necessary. My Hale pet door gets lots of 'in' and 'outs' all day long. I finally had to replace the panels and Hale covered them on a warrenty. The panels were wearing out after 5 yrs. of very heavy use. Hale was quick to send me new ones, and they are up and "in service" again. Thank you.

Excellent product

We purchased two cat doors to install in our dream home (our cat's dream home, too). Yes, they are more expensive than many, but the superior quality rates the expense. So far, the doors are installed but we have yet to all move into the house. However, I did want to rate the company thus far on their response to filling the order properly and quickly. Thank you!

My daughter recommended this door and I love it by her. It is very easy for her Shiba Inu dog. By us it is still not installed so for that reason i cannot give ou any feedback yet. My best regards, Ida M. Eckert

Solid dog door. Easy to install.

Hard to sallow $450.00 plus for a door. The install went very smooth I just took my time. Shorty after the door was operable, I noticed that placing the security panel (hard plastic door) into position was becoming more difficult. After further review, I found in several places on three sides, (Both sides and bottom) of frame had been malformed and as a result the channel that the security doors slides along had been squeezed or pinched. I believe the dogs going in and out of the door and running into or bumping into the sides and bottom of frame is the only thing that makes sense. The extrusion is not strong enough in my observation. Now that I was able to replace the doors, weather stripping and magnets without having to leave the house and after several years of use, made the $450 plus a little easer to accept. The door looks like new and closes like old. Just my experience...
