Our goal is to have perfection on every trip; however, when a "glitch" occurs, we want to insure that our team has the tools and the demeanor to cheerfully rectify concerns even if we had no control over that particular problem. Ha ha! Our goal is to have a "perfect" delivery of golf trip services on every interaction with our clients. However, we do admit that we also wish that we could control the weather and have rain only occur in the late afternoon for short periods of time!
