I don't know how I connected to these crooks. I tried to make a reservation through Alaska Air. Before purchase, they said 24 hour free cancellation. When I received the ticket it was revealed no carryon and no checked bag! I called to cancel within 15 minutes, and the person I spoke with said there would be a $75 cancellation fee that I must acknowledge by clicking on a link in an email. But I had no other proof that I cancelled within 24 hours. Total catch 22!

I thought I was calling my airline. Somehow I was connected to bookcheaptravel. The rep said I had to pay $197 to reserve seats. He took my passport and credit card info. He sent me an email for me to Approve. When I saw the email address I told the rep I would not approve this charge until I called my airline. He wanted to give me the number and said I only had 30 minutes to book. Red flags. My airline then booked the seats for free. Then I cancelled my credit card. I worry that they have my passport info.

scam . called back and said no baggage , they can bump me at any time if necessary . no refunds.

My experience was great my consultant whose name is Robbie was very patient kind and knows what he's about even when i was anxious he he makes me feel calm and let me know he will make sure i have a good price and confortable seat because i have knee and back problems i would recommend him to my family and friends.

Easy enough to book reservations!

This airline has been extremely disappointing. I booked the flight for my mom with wheelchair assistance, but she did not receive any support at all. No staff helped her, and the wheelchair service we requested was completely ignored. It was her first time traveling, and they made her experience stressful and unpleasant. This is unacceptable, and I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. Because they didn't gave her help , there's one person on Toronto airport ,he asked her for $20 for wheelchair services and drop her on the spot of her next flight waiting areas. They are doing scam with travelers.

During a recent VERY Stressful time, it was comforting to be able to talk to one person that understood our plight and the severity of our need to leave Jamaica. Shawn spent many hours over the course of 10 days on the phone with me, before and after the hurricane trying to figure out how to get 8 of us on a flight to anywhere. It was a great relief to know that he was working on it, since we had limited electricity and cell service. He has followed up with me since we've safely returned home. It was frustrating at the time that so many of our flights got cancelled, however Shawn was always calming and assured me that he was working on our departure. When communication on the phone was not possible, he was able to respond to my emails which was a great comfort. I could not have asked for a more competent, understanding and compassionate person to help us find flights.

My representative Travis was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and worked diligently to get me a full refund/credit to my travel, as a result of in climate weather. He is a very thorough representative, and a straight shooter. I will save his number, and book all of my future travel through him, and ask my friends and colleagues to do the same. He has renewed my faith in customer service.
