We recognize that being contacted with limited role details, followed by a sense of urgency around completing a video interview, can feel disjointed and impersonal — especially if follow-up communication falls short afterward. That’s not the standard we aim for at G2i. In this case, it sounds like we failed to provide a smooth, respectful experience, and we sincerely apologize. The project you were contacted about is one where G2i is supporting recruitment, but not managing the client or day-to-day engagement directly. That nuance should have been communicated more clearly from the start.
