As I wrap up my first month at G2i, I can confidently say it has been an amazing experience. I'm currently working with one of their clients to train next-generation frontier AI models, and I've found exactly what an experienced Software Engineer looks for: exciting technical challenges, a brilliant team, a well-defined mentoring process to elevate your work, and competitive compensation. Even on a project with over 100 engineers, your individual contributions are reviewed, and great work never goes unnoticed. I also have to praise the hiring process, which was incredibly straightforward, and the technical challenge actually reflected the day-to-day work.

I have completed three campaigns through G2i so far, and the experience has been exceptional. The teams of engineers here are simply at the highest level I have ever worked with. Working for G2i is perfect for people who like to move fast, dive into high-level engineering, and collaborate with leading tech companies. What honestly surprised me the most is the incredible speed of communication. Everyone is super responsive, and the support you get while working on client projects is unmatched. If you want to move quickly and work alongside top-tier talent, I highly recommend them

Very impersonal. I felt like they didn't actually place people or allocated the jobs to their preferred candidates. I don't see a track record so it raised red flags for me. Lots of these impersonal agencies tend to get lazy and cause problems rather than actively solve them relying predominantly on tech even where it is inadequate wasting candidates time.

I had a really disappointing experience with G2i. They market themselves as a modern, seamless tech hiring platform, but behind the scenes, it feels like an automated, disjointed recruitment agency. First off, the communication is incredibly impersonal and messy. I was bombarded with automated LinkedIn messages to do an interview immediately, only to be completely ghosted for weeks after completing it. When you try to reply to their emails, you sometimes get delivery failure notices because their outbound domain doesn't even accept incoming mail. The actual testing process feels totally mismatched and poorly thought out. For example, applying for a front-end role but getting hit with a Python technical interview, or being forced into absurdly rushed assessments. If you do manage to pass everything, they just dump you into a stagnant talent pool. On the rare occasion you actually land a placement, the internal onboarding is incredibly disorganized. From the basic, broken mobile portal to the endless ghosting loops, the entire process is a major time sink. I’d advise tech professionals to proceed with caution and protect your time.
