Trying to hire an engineer via G2i was waste of time
Working with G2i was a disappointing experience. Despite their marketing, their process felt like a standard, uninspired recruitment agency. The candidate pool was subpar, especially considering the overpriced rates they quoted. While they push their "seamless platform" as a selling point, the portal is actually very basic, broken on mobile, and only supports USD. I wouldn’t recommend them if you're looking for high-quality talent or a modern hiring experience.

Hi DA, we appreciate the candid feedback. Sorry to hear this was your experience. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our talent and the experience we provide, so this isn’t the standard we aim for. Feedback like this helps us improve, especially around candidate fit, pricing transparency, and the overall product experience. On the product side specifically, we’re actively working on improvements right now, including fixing issues on mobile, and you should see a much better experience soon. If you’re open to it, I’d love to learn more about what didn’t meet expectations and see where we can do better. Feel free to reach out directly at [email protected]. Appreciate you taking the time to share this!
